Nostalgia the Whole Town Recognizes
An insurance page does not go viral by posting about insurance. Everybody in Hilo grew up passing the K's Drive In sign, so we made that the hook. The comments filled up with people sharing their own memories, and a local agent reached thousands of neighbors without ever sounding like an ad.
Speaking the Audience's Language, Literally
Hawai'i has a large Japanese speaking community and almost nobody explaining Medicare to them in Japanese. We built a bilingual reel series around the questions they actually ask, with captions in both languages. One video on Original Medicare costs carried the account to 33.5K profile views in a single month.
We Run the Playbook on Ourselves
One question to O'ahu, which local businesses need help, turned into a comment section of people championing their favorite small spots. That is the whole approach in miniature: give the community something it wants to talk about, and it does the sharing for you.
